How to fit it

Start with a clean, dry sofa. Unfold the cover and find the non-slip backing. Lay the cover over the seat, centered from front to back, then smooth it outward with your hands. Tuck the edges into the crease between the seat and the backrest, and again between the seat and the armrests.

For a loveseat or sofa, work from the center outward so the stripes stay straight. For an accent chair, drape the cover over the back and seat, then tuck the sides. The non-slip backing holds best on fabric upholstery. On leather or slick surfaces, smooth the cover flat and avoid pulling it too tight.

Care

Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle, then air dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron the velvet face. Shake the cover out after washing to lift the pile, then lay it flat or hang it to dry. Once dry, smooth it back onto the sofa. A quick brush with your hand restores the soft finish.
