Where we deliver
Delivery costs $6.95 wherever we ship, or nothing on orders of $49 or more. For remote addresses, PO boxes and territories, ask us before you order.
Tracking
When the carrier provides tracking, your order page links to it.
Changing your address
Message us as soon as you can. We can usually change it before the package ships, but we can't redirect it once it's on its way.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery, then send the cover back within 14 days. Try it on a clean sofa and keep the packaging. Return it unwashed and free of pet hair.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the cover arrived faulty or incorrect. We refund to your original payment method after we receive and check it. Start a return
