The covers, sizing, prices, delivery and returns in one place.
01The covers
Our covers are made for upholstered furniture within the sizes on each product page. A cover is not new upholstery and can't fix damaged furniture. Furniture and accessories in the photos aren't included.
02Choosing your size
Measure the full outside width, seat depth and back height before you order. For sectionals, check the chaise side as you face the couch. Use the size guide, and ask us if a measurement falls outside the ranges.
03Prices and delivery
Prices are in US dollars. For addresses in the UK and most of the EU, they include VAT. Delivery costs $6.95, or nothing on orders of $49 or more. Each product page shows the delivery time for your country, and the delivery page covers returns.
04Orders and payment
You pay when you place your order. We confirm it by email and you can follow it on your order page.
05Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery and send it back within 14 days. Return covers clean, unwashed, free of pet hair and in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you unless the cover arrived faulty or incorrect. We refund within 14 days of inspecting it.
06Care and use
Follow the care label: wash at 86°F (30°C) on a gentle cycle and air dry. No bleach, iron or dryer. The covers aren't waterproof or scratch-proof. Keep them away from open flames.
