The Leaf Jacquard Dining Chair Cover

What it is and how it feels

This is a stretch dining chair cover made from 100 percent polyester jacquard at about 180 gsm. The fabric is a soft knit with a woven leaf pattern that adds quiet texture without shouting. It pulls over the whole chair, seat and back, and tucks in around the seat for a clean, fitted look. One cover fits one chair.

Sizes and fit

The cover is made to stretch, so it works across a range of standard dining chairs. Check your chair against these measurements before you order.

If your chair falls inside these ranges, the cover should pull on with a little give and stay put through everyday meals.

Colors and set sizes

Pick the color that suits your room, then pick how many covers you need.

Each color is sold as a single cover, a set of 4 covers, or a set of 6 covers. A single cover is a good way to test the fit on one chair. Sets of 4 and 6 cover a full dining table in one go. Every cover in a set is the same color.

How to put it on

Start with the chair back. Pull the cover down over the top of the backrest and work it into place on both sides. Then pull the front of the cover down over the seat and tuck the excess fabric in along the seat edges and the back of the chair. Smooth the fabric with your hands as you go. The stretch knit does the rest. If the cover shifts after a few days of use, lift the seat edge and tuck it in again.

Care and washing

Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Wash covers of the same color together so the shade stays even across the set. The knit dries fairly quickly on a low tumble, so a set can go back on the chairs the same day.

Good to know

One cover fits one chair. The cover is not waterproof, so it is best for everyday dining rooms, home kitchens and casual gathering spaces rather than outdoor use. The jacquard leaf pattern is woven into the fabric rather than printed on top, so it keeps its look through repeated washing. If you are covering a full set, order all the covers at once so the color matches across every chair.
