The Basketweave Stretch Dining Chair Cover

What it is

This is a single stretch cover for one dining chair. The fabric is a polyester and spandex jacquard, about 180 gsm, with a soft knit feel and a woven basketweave or leaf pattern. The stretch lets it pull over the back and seat and stay in place through dinner. One cover fits one chair.

Sizes and fit

The cover is made to fit standard dining chairs within these ranges.

Measure your chair before you order. If your chair is near the top of a range, the stretch still works, but check the back height first. The cover is not made for chairs outside these numbers.

Colors and patterns

Pick a basketweave or a leaf pattern. Basketweave comes in dark gray, sage green, khaki, black, burgundy, beige and navy blue. Leaf comes in black, beige, sage green, light gray, khaki and dark gray. The woven pattern adds a little texture to a plain chair without changing the shape.

How to put it on

Slide the cover over the back of the chair first, then pull it down over the seat. Tuck the edges under the seat and smooth the fabric with your hands. The spandex blend holds the cover in place, so you do not need ties or clips. For a neat look, line up the pattern at the front of the seat. To remove it, lift the front edge and pull the cover up and off.

Care

Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. The knit keeps its stretch after washing when you follow these settings.

One cover fits one chair, so order the number of covers you need for your table. The cover works on straight leg chairs and most standard dining chairs. It is a simple way to refresh a chair for a dinner, a holiday or everyday use.
